Our services

GREGTUR TURISMO plans and sells domestic and international travel packages that may include airfare, accommodation, transfers and tours.

We also create custom itineraries for families, couples and groups. In addition, we provide planning support, including guidance on travel documentation and travel insurance.

Flights, hotels, transfers and tours are operated by third-party suppliers. GREGTUR TURISMO does not operate them.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to make a purchase.

By booking, you confirm that the traveler information you provide is accurate. You also confirm that you are authorized to book on behalf of everyone included in the booking.

Orders, prices and payment

The full price of each package or service, including all charges, is shown before you pay. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved.

Our services are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we do, we refund any amount paid.

Travel documents and supplier rules

Our guidance on passports, visas and other entry requirements, and on travel insurance, is provided to help you plan.

Each traveler remains responsible for holding valid documents and meeting the entry requirements of the destination.

Travel components are also subject to the conditions of the supplier that provides them. Any such conditions that apply to your booking are presented to you before you pay.

Intellectual property

All content on the website belongs to GREGTUR TURISMO or its licensors. This includes itineraries, texts and images. It may not be copied without permission.

No guarantee of results

Your travel experience depends on individual factors and on circumstances outside our control, such as weather and supplier operations. We do not promise specific outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
